JAG Introduces new PROLITE
Many of today’s anglers have been wanting rod supports that are super light, incredibly strong and stealthy. Do all these things exist in one range? ......They do now!
After a year of immense hard work designing, prototyping and testing we introduce the JAG Prolite. So, what is it all about.
Firstly the unique finish on the Prolite. The two most important qualities of the JAG hard anodizing are very high abrasion resistance and extreme hardness. This is the Rolls Royce of aluminum anodizing.
The Prolite range is CNC machined from solid, UK sourced 6082-T6 aluminum, not a single face is left un-machined on every single component. The totally unique and unbreakable Prolite buzzbars are machined from a single piece of aluminum stock bar, this has never been achieved before. The Prolite buzzbars and snagbars are without doubt the strongest lightweight buzzbars ever.
We were very serious about the ‘lite’ in Prolite. A pair of 11” fixed sticks and a set of 2 Rod Buzzbars weigh an incredible 282 grams in total! The use of very high quality materials and intelligent weight loss machining has made this possible, yet we have still used stainless steel on buzzbar threads, ground points and thumb screw threads.
